A global medical devices company in Caesarea is looking for an Office Manager.
1. Office administrator, responsible for all office related duties including but not limited to: Front desk, Facilities maintenance and condition, Mailing, Office supplies, Equipment, Pantry, Bills, Domestic Shipments, Errands.
2. Contact person with facility management vendors, including but not limited to: cleaning, car leasing, fuel, cellular, parking and food companies.
3. Manage the meeting rooms time schedule and maintenance.
4. Manage office budget as well as contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers.
5. Travel coordinator to employees and visitors - responsible for coordinating travel-related activities. Arranging corporate travel plans and coordinating with travel agencies and suppliers to schedule flights, hotel accommodations and rental cars.
6. A member of the company Safety Committee.
7. HR partner including for welfare activities and onboarding for new hires.
8. Supporting and helping the Finance team with tasks and missions.

דרישות התפקיד

1. Proven 4 years' experience as an Office Administrator, front office manager or administrative assistant.
2. A managerial experience - an advantage.
3. B.A. degree - an advantage.
4. Fluent in English and Hebrew (talking, writing, reading).
5. Strong computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (Excel, Word, PP).
