Program manager

tracks all tasks from inception and qualification through commercialization of prioritized and approved engineering and development programs. Scope of responsibilities will be large leading-edge multi-million-dollar programs as well as sustaining programs. Programs at PowerFleet encompass all aspects of “solution” creation and delivery (i.e. hardware, firmware, software, analytics, 3rd party integration, etc).

The ideal candidate will have a strong program and project management leadership track record, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage the key programs. It is essential that the individual be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout a globally dispersed organization, and be viewed as a team player. The individual must have deep experience managing programs within a constantly evolving organization to support our rapid growth.

 

Program management to include identifying and shepherding completion of all tasks and milestones, including: solution MRD, PRD, SRS, SDS, executive gate reviews, product hardware, firmware, software, communications, security integration phases, establishing acceptance criteria, alpha-beta testing, production readiness.

 

Ensure highly competitive solutions transitioned to Product Managers. Conduct post-release Lessons Learned and incorporate process improvements into future programs. Primary responsibility is to ensure program deliverables meet established acceptance criteria and schedule and cost targets are met.
