Job Description

An experienced presales professional with consistent track record of successful presales cases, and a sales‐oriented expert with a particularly strong showcase capacity.

· Experience as a presales/support engineer – at least 3 years

· Experience at video equipment companies – a major advantage

· Mandatory experience in RF

o RF equipment and measurements (i.e. Spectrum Analyzer)

o Experience with C, KU, KA bands - an advantage

· Mandatory experience in video

o Experience with broadcast video

o Experience with MPEG, video coding and decoding

o Experience with TS (DVB, ATSC)

· Experience in Networking – an advantage

o Ethernet Protocols, Switching, VLAN, ARP, etc.

o L3&L4 protocols (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP)

o QoS

· Knowledge in Linux environment

· Knowledge in SNMP v2&v3, Telnet, SSH, https

· Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision

· Fast learner with the ability to work independently

· An excellent communicator with excellent verbal and written communications skills

· High level English speaker with strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
