An hi-tech company located in Jerusalem is looking for System Engineering team leader

· Manage a global system’s team of system engineers

· Lead the systems aspect of Ex Libris’ private cloud, you will handle topics such as:

o Computing resources and hardware

o Creating and handling the HW build of material

o Linux and windows servers (OS level) management and optimization

o Virtualization (Red Hat KVM), VMware

o Managing the infrastructure supporting tools

o Developing and managing the automation and configuration management tool

o Datacenter management

· Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

· Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines

· Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill-checks

דרישות התפקיד

· Bachelors’ degree or higher in related field, such as, Computer Science, or at least 4 years’ related experience in Systems Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Linux and Windows certifications

· Proven team leadership experience

· Vast experience with the Linux operating system (CentOS)

· Proven deep understanding of DNS, NTP, Routing, Compute HW and related system technologies (QoS, NTP, SNMP, SYSLOG etc.) and security-related protocols (SSH, HTTPS, AAA, IPSec, MACsec etc.)

· Understand LAN/WAN and transport technologies

· Knowledge of how other IT systems (applications, SaaS products, end user devices, servers) interact with the network
