A global leading cloud-based solutions company is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role will include strategic and operational management of all recruitment processes, starting with the creation of a recruitment plan, goals, indexes, monitoring and execution of reports.

דרישות התפקיד

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 3-4 years as a recruitment coordinator in a high-tech company or alternatively experience as a recruiter from a placement company for technological professions in the various fields

• 2 years’ experience in interviewing candidates at a high level in Hebrew and English

• Strong interviewing skills; familiarity with behavioral interviewing and other related practices

• Exceptional sourcing skills: familiarity with a variety of creative techniques and channels to identify quality candidates.

• Excellent knowledge of internet searching and recruiting technique.

• Deep technological understanding

This position is based in the Jerusalem, Israel office.

As part of the company’s hybrid working model, this position requires attendance in the office 2-3 times a week.
