Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement CAD designs (models and drawings) as part of NPI responsibilities

Get definition from matrix department (like project managers, Production, Service department) and plan all mechanical activities, product tree, sub-contracting etc.

Follow and lead with the project team the design for manufacturing, reliability, cycle time and cost.

Write technical documentations (assembly instructions, calibration instructions, test plans and etc.)

The mechanic design is focusing mainly on multiciliary machine, sub-contracting, Chassis & production support tools (jigs and fixtures)

BSc degree in Mechanical engineering or Practical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience with multidisciplinary products

Solidworks knowledge – must

At least 5 years work experience as NPI (New Product Introduction) – must.

Expert in Excel – must

Familiarity with Priority – high

Familiarity with various manufacturing technologies Machining (milling), cutting and bending sheets, frames, castings, 3D printing.

Experience with production subcontracting environment

Deep technology & process understanding
