Core Network Support Technician

A Hi-Tech company in Tel-Aviv is looking for a Core Network Support Technician.
The Core Network Support Technician will be responsible for day-to-day network monitoring, partner’s and customer’s cases.
This position provides Tier II & III support for all problems with cellular network related technology issues and inquiries.
· Perform cellular network checks.
· Pro-actively act on events reported by various monitoring tools.
· Perform troubleshooting and escalate internally and externally as required.
· Work with Core Network engineering team
· Investigate Technical Support issues, review and track trouble tickets.
· Communicate directly with customers by email and phone.
· Take ownership and resolve customer incidents per set guidelines
· Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for tech support personnel.
· Provide training for the support organization
· Work continuously to increase core network Support knowledge.
· Work with vendors, contractors, service providers, integrators
· Provide ongoing communication to both customer support teams and engineering staff during time of outage or service impact.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

·  Mandatory Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
·  Mandatory Requirement - Excellent written and verbal English skills.
·  Mandatory Requirement - Knowledge / experience with cellular networks / technologies
 · Mandatory Requirement - Willingness to provide Excellent customer support 
·  Significant advantage - Knowledgeable in the following areas: GSM/UMTS, LTE, VoLTE, 5G
·  Knowledge / experience with networking concepts.
·  Knowledge / experience using Sales Force or anther ticket system
