• Lead a team of 5 – 6 manual and automation QA engineers.

• Responsible for defining and implementing an effective test strategy, QA process and procedures for product

• At least 2 years of experience managing QA teams, consist of manual and automation team members

• Strong background in test automation methods for APIs, micro-services, web browsers, databases, mobiles applications

• Proven experience in manual QA over complex systems

• Proven strong background testing web applications, API oriented

• Proven experience building and maintaining integration/API tests suites

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases

• Continuous improvements orientation, by building QA KPIs

• Experience in agile software delivery methods

Preferred requirements:

• Strong coding abilities and experience - OO and script languages

• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and methods

• Experience in working with tools and frameworks such as cucumber and Selenium

• Familiar with the agile process, working with a Scrum Master, quality estimate, QA testing process and tools.
