Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the ink development of twine’s next generation machine

• Lead research, lab and dyeing activity experiments to meet print quality and cost

• Design, perform, analyze, summarize experiments and share finding with relevant stakeholders

• Develop new products according to marketing requirements base on theory and experiments

• Support existing products

• Develop new processes related to ink production

Requirements

• M.Sc. or higher in Chemistry Science, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering

• Technically oriented, hands on, wet lab work experience

• Industry experience with polymers/inks/digital print - 3 years minimum

• Proven experience in leading research and projects

• Ability to work in dynamic environment, work with various professional interfaces inside and outside the company

• Familiarity with the textile industry - Advantage

• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, success oriented, curiosity, precision, attention to details

• Independently and accountable, with can-do attitude

• High level of English
