A world-leading Telehealth platform service provider is looking for an HR Generalist- part time
• Manage employees' life-cycle activities.
• Leading employees’ wellbeing initiatives and projects.
• Planning and organizing social and welfare events, Happy Hour, and more
• Supporting general company operations and ensuring the functioning and maintaining office systems/infrastructure.
• Enhance superb candidate experience, maintain relationships and communication with both managers and candidates through the interviewing process.
• Writing and posting job descriptions on career websites, social media.
• Screening CV's and conducting phone interviews with Candidates.
Work closely with recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate and schedule Interviews with Candidates.
דרישות התפקיד• 1-3 years of experience in HR related roles, preferable as an HR specialist in the high-tech industry or a technical recruiting role.
• Understanding employee life-cycle processes - On/Off Boarding, Career Growth, and Internal mobility.
• Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
