Technical Account Manager


A world-leading Telehealth platform service provider is looking for a Technical Account Manager
Create and maintain close relationships with customers to better
understand their needs
Become an expert in all aspects of the company’s technology and product
Manage the full-cycle delivery of professional services (from proposal
to production)
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met
Regularly visit customers to maintain an ongoing and productive
Identify and address problems if and when they arise
manage product versions, release and distribution to the customer
Identify and pursue new opportunities for existing customers as part of
the company's sales efforts
Produce periodic account status reports

דרישות התפקיד

At least 2 years experience as an Account Manager for an Enterprise
software company
Technically-oriented with good understanding of modern technology
concepts (e.g. API, SDK, SaaS, AWS, iOS, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in
English and Hebrew
Ready to travel abroad when needed
Experience in the digital health eco-system is an advantage
Experience in managing B2B2C enterprise platform
implementation is a big advantage
