A global medical devices company in Caesarea is looking for a data analyst to assess data and improve operations within assigned countries and regions.
• Develop tools required for assigned department/group (e.g., PMO operations).
• Automate/standardized dashboards and reports (e.g., resource management, SharePoint sites, risk management, project burn down).
• Create customized reports (e.g., project cost) to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions.
• Aggregate data from different data sources (e.g., MS Project, SP, PO system) and ensure data integrity.
• Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Participate in process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years' previous analytical experience in clinical trials required or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics or related field internship, senior projects, or thesis in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• Design, analytics and dashboard creation, related work.
• Knowledge of database, data warehousing, or data sciences.
• Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak to varying levels across the organization.
• Good computer skills including related tools and systems.
• Good project management skills with accountability for successful completion within the scope of project deliverables.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications.
• Solid understanding of advanced analytics.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems.
• Ability to lead a team with experience in project management methodologies and frameworks such as Kaizen, Scrum, or Agile.
