As a Senior Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our technology strategy. You’ll lead a team of skilled professionals, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions. Your expertise in IoT and vendor collaboration will be critical to our organization’s success.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Provide direction on the adoption of cloud technologies (such as AWS IoT, Azure) and industry best practices in the field of data warehouse architecture and modeling.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.
2. Project Management:
o Develop and deliver status reports, maintaining accurate and up-to-date Project Control Workbook data.
o Assist in developing and recommending best practices and tools for project execution and management.
o Participate in and support multiple development teams.
3. Metrics and Safety:
o Develop and sustain an end-to-end metrics system for the organization.
o Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
4. Vendor Collaboration:
o Participate in review boards, self-assessments, and audits as an independent safety advocate.
o Represent the organization at technology and design discussions.
5. Qualifications
o Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Technical, Engineering, Business, MBA, Education, Accounting, Technology, Management, or Science.
