A medical device startup company in Haifa is hiring an experienced mechanical engineer to join the team that develops a novel technology for blood oxygenators and artificial lungs.
The job includes:
* Mechanical design of microfluidics flow and heat exchange systems for production in CNC and injection molding.
* Selection of materials approved for medical use.
* Device assembly.
* Planning and performing tests and documentation , while meeting regulatory and quality requirements.

* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
* 5 + years of experience in executing projects from prototype to a finished medical product - must.
* Hands-on capabilities
* Highly proficient in SolidWorks.
* Experience in working according to quality system and medical device
regulation standards.
* Experience in working with vendors and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
* Fluent in English.
