We are looking for an experienced VLSI Test Engineer for a company in Migdal- Haemek!

You will be responsible for:

HW design for production test and reliability stresses

Projects management

Customer support

Bachelors/Master of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Digital/Mixed signal classes for ATE (Teradyne J750 is preferable)

At least 7 years of Test program development (TPD)

TPD on one of the systems: Advantest (93K), Teradyne (Ultra-Flex, J750)

Load board electrical design

TP debugging

External measurement equipment usage (oscilloscopes, logic analyzer, RF equipment)

You should have knowledge in:

C, C++ programming

Board design environment (ORCAD is preferable)

Digital and Mixed signal test theory

RF and High-Speed communication test (advantage)

Reliability stress theory (advantage)

The candidate should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work succesfully in a fastpaced environment

including multiple platforms and architectures

Capability to work individually and as a member of team

Work closely with the developers
