The Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems for all products and markets. Provide support both on-site with customers and remotely via phone and Team Viewer. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.

Working in a 3D Additive Manufacturing environment

Global on-site customer visits – Site preparation, Installations, Upgrades, Preventative maintenance, and break fix activities
Customers and Distributors remote support 
Customers call handling (A-Z)
Troubleshoot ,diagnose and report XJET systems symptoms
Technical writing assistance
Maintain an ongoing communication with the customers – Proactive approach
Training to distributors and customers

דרישות התפקיד

At least 3 years of experience installing and supporting multi-disciplinary systems (high mix – low volume)

Qualifications & Skills:

Mechanical /Electrical, Engineer or Practical Engineer
Customer service oriented
Excellent technical skills
Languages: Excellent English and Hebrew
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and in a team
Travel at least 10 times a year to customers
