· Responsible for managing CRM systems (customizations, configurations, administration of users)
· Troubleshoot and resolve any customer queries or issues to maximize their satisfaction
· Building complex work processes to improve the user experience and system configuration

Requirements· Excellent English (spoken and written)
· Background in Information systems
· Experience in working with MS Dynamics CRM – Advantage
· BA in Industrial Engineering and Management - Advantage
