A successful company in the energy field in Herzliya is looking for HRBP

The HR Business Partner works as a strategic HR Business partner with EMED Business unit

organization, integrates and applies knowledge of human resources and business unit knowledge to

contribute to the organization’ goals and is involved in a wide variety of business-related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business drivers and challenges to execute the deployment of

HR programs and support/ influence the implementation of HR initiatives to meet business needs

• Develop deep understanding of the business to shape the application of talent management

initiatives, competency development, succession planning, performance management etc.

• Provide solutions on workforce and organizational matters, helping to shape the business unit

people strategy

• Partner with internal HR organizations (BHR Operations, Center of Expertise) to ensure program

alignment and support of business unit strategies and overall HR value chain

• Periodic travel offshore

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in an HR Business Partner role in a multi-national

company. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred

• Excellent verbal and written Hebrew & English communication skills

• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

• Working knowledge of upstream exploration and production operations or

manufacturing/chemical processing facilities preferred

• Experience with Workday preferred

• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Working Conditions

Hybrid work, 3 days a week working from our office in Herzliya, and 2 days a week working from

home
