Engineering Administrative Assistant


Energy company in Herzliya is looking for Engineering Administrative Assistant.
Responsible for administration activities in support of the Eastern Mediterranean Engineering & Subsea team.
Duties & Responsibilities
 Prepare monthly reports, create, and maintain excel spreadsheets and develop formal
communications and presentation materials.
 Coordination of Engineering & Subsea multi-participant key meetings with external stakholders;
Support Engineering & Subsea visitors
 Maintain Engineering & Subsea information sites, distribution lists and Share Folders.
 Employee onboarding: Develop Engineering & Subsea team onboarding guide.
 Track and maintain Engineering & Subsea development plan and training.
 Assist in coordination of wellness events & team days.
 Follow up on escalation of Service Providers invoices and payments with the finance team.

Job Specifications
 Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
 Excellent communication and organization skills.
 Ability to work independently.
 Strong attention to detail  
 Critical thinker, fast learner, and a positive attitude.
 Fluent in Hebrew and English.
 3+ years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant / similar role.

Working Environment
Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days per week work in Herzliya Office and 2 days work from home (some office
equipment provided)
