NCG (New Collage Grade) - Client Engagement Manger


Hi tech company in Hod Hashron is looking for  Client Engagment Manager

Department Description

Our team is part of Sales and Apps of EMEA.

We promote all of Microchip products/solutions to the Israeli High-Tech industry, either directly to the end customer or through our distributors.

Part of our mission is finding leading technologies in the local market and bringing up to management for further collaboration.

Our CEM’s are in charge of promoting our products through design engineers, component engineering and purchasing departments.

We serve the local market which includes direct accounts, local and global distributors, start-ups and international design centres such as: Intel, Apple, Nvidia and many others.

We have an Account Development Strategist, making sure to approve registrations coming from the distributors and also part of our TSS sales.

Analysing part portfolio suggested by the distributors to the end customer and making sure additional parts to be offered (Total System Solution), supporting the customer with the best solution for their applications.

We implement Microchip philosophy of Grow Business, Reduce Cost and Mitigate Risk for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

As an Associate Client Engagement Manager, you will start your journey at Microchip to become a sales professional in one of the TOP 20 of the Best Companies to Sell For.

Utilize and learn Microchip’s Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue in dedicated market segment that fit to your technical qualifications.
Use insights and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to Microchip‘s solutions.
Contribute and participate within a global team environment, to successfully develop and implement sales strategies across client’s divisions and geographical locations.
Work closely with Engineers and the C-level contacts of our top clients and lead them on the most innovative solutions

Bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering discipline.
Technical understanding of a market specific segment like process-, energy- or automation technology’s.
English language C-1 level or better.
