Job Description: As the Vice President of R&D, you'll spearhead our research and develop-ment endeavors, driving innovation, product development, and technological advance-ments. We're seeking a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term objectives while ensuring alignment with our company's overarching goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's hardware R&D strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends.

• Leadership and Team Management: Provide visionary leadership to our hardware R&D team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous im-provement.

• Hardware Development and Innovation: Lead the development of cutting-edge hardware products from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.

• Technology Management: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into our hardware R&D process to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments and ex-ternal partners to seamlessly integrate hardware

• BSc./MSc. in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field.

• Extensive experience (+15 years) in hardware R&D, preferably in a leadership role within a technology company.

• Deep technical expertise in hardware design, including analog and digital circuits, PCB layout, signal processing, and EMC.

• Experience with multidisciplinary and IoT products.

• Experience with mechanical design.

• Demonstrated track record of bringing hardware products from concept to market.

• Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
