Job Summary

XJET Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers remotely and at Customer site.

The FSE will be required to install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide and ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels.

Key Responsibilities

ü Install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide.

ü Provide remote technical support to customer’s various applications

ü Provide worldwide on-site technical support to customers.

ü Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

ü Conduct preventive maintenance.

ü Identify and diagnose equipment malfunction, take necessary corrective actions to ensure all systems are operating excellent

ü Writing & editing professional technical documents on a variety of equipment.

Requirements

· At least 3-years prior experience in a technical support or field service role. Preferable from multi-disciplinary companies.

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field – (Practical mechanical, mechatronics, electro-optic or electronic engineering degree or similar)

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Excellent level of English

The Field Service Engineer must be willing to travel at least 40% of the time, and be able to work at flexible hours.
