• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical design and project management.
• Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS – required.
• High-level English – required (ability to work with international customers and teams).
• Expertise in machining, sheet metal, and plastic injection processes – required.
• Familiarity with composite materials – advantage.
• Experience with FEA tools – advantage.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented thinker, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
