We are seeking a highly motivated Controlling Professional to drive financial planning, reporting, performance management, and business partnering activities. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role combines hands-on responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting-related processes with proactive support of business leaders through financial insights and decision support. As a key interface between the local organization and the HQ finance team, you will ensure high-quality reporting, transparency, and alignment with corporate requirements while contributing to business performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the full financial planning and reporting cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing activities, performance analysis, and submission of financial reports to HQ.

· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting in compliance with corporate guidelines and reporting requirements.

· Act as a Finance Business Partner to commercial, service, operations, and support functions, translating financial data into business insights.

· Support internal and external audit requirements and maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls.

· Review and analyze P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure the accuracy of accruals, provisions, prepayments, and account reconciliations.

· Support inventory accounting, inventory controls, working capital management, and related operational finance processes.

· Monitor and analyze cash flow performance, working capital, and liquidity trends, while supporting initiatives to improve cash conversion and financial efficiency.

· Support ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and management decision-making processes.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

· CPA qualification is required.

· 4-2 Experience in a finance role within a manufacturing or industrial company.

· Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.

· SAP experience is a significant advantage.

· Fluent English and Hebrew.
